Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 USD

What you will do

• Scope and co-develop production-level data science projects across various industries and use cases.
• Guide users in mastering the hirify.global platform through training, office hours, and consultative support.
• Provide strategic technical expertise to customers and internal sales/marketing teams.
• Lead pre-sales scoping and design technical proposals for data science engagements.
• Develop custom Python-based plugins to enhance platform functionality.
• Coordinate agile sprints, prioritize tasks, and manage backlogs for DS engagements.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with Python and SQL.
• Over 5 years of experience building ML models and using tools like sklearn.
• Experience with LLMs.
• Proficiency in data visualization and building web apps with Python frameworks (Dash, Streamlit).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be located within the CST, MST, and PST time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience using hirify.global DSS.
• Background in consulting or customer-facing data science roles.
• Industry experience in the Manufacture & Defense sector.
• Experience with Data Engineering or MLOps.
• Ability to develop web apps in JavaScript or build APIs.
