TL;DR

Renewal and Expansion Specialist (AI): Managing the full commercial surface area for existing customers, including renewals, upgrades, and contract terms with an accent on real-time proration math and contract literacy. Focus on conducting live commercial negotiations, resolving billing disputes in Stripe, and driving net revenue retention.

Location: Remote within Latin America (EST hours required). Candidates based in Buenos Aires, Argentina are strongly preferred.

What you will do

  • Lead commercial calls with existing customers regarding renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and expansions.
  • Perform live proration, package comparison, and credit reconciliation math during customer calls.
  • Draft and manage contracts, including amendments and supersession agreements.
  • Resolve Stripe-related billing issues, invoice disputes, and subscription changes.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to take over commercial conversations.
  • Identify and hand over qualified cross-sell opportunities to the sales team.

Requirements

  • Direct customer-facing commercial experience negotiating renewals and contract terms.
  • Ability to perform proration and package comparison math live on calls without assistance.
  • High level of composure and ability to handle frustrated customers under pressure.
  • Fluency in contract drafting, billing logic, and term resets.
  • Hands-on experience with Stripe or similar billing platforms.
  • Full English fluency (written and spoken).
