What you will do

  • Own the full lifecycle of programmatic campaigns, from initial setup and execution to optimization and post-campaign analysis.
  • Manage post-sales relationships for a portfolio of travel advertisers to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Monitor delivery and implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign outcomes and maximize ROI.
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across products and channels to grow account revenue.
  • Collaborate with AdOps and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, troubleshoot issues, and manage billing.
  • Lead regular client reporting and strategic business reviews, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Strong background in ad-tech and programmatic advertising.
  • Proficiency with DSP platforms such as DV360, Xandr, or The Trade Desk.
  • Experience managing the full campaign lifecycle and interpreting key metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, G Suite, and MS Office tools.
  • Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with travel and hospitality industry dynamics.
  • Additional language proficiency, including Arabic.
