What you will do

  • Directly support the CEO on US launch activities, including scheduling, preparation, and execution of priorities.
  • Establish the US office from scratch, managing vendor coordination and local administrative workflows.
  • Develop a network of US-based recruiters and hiring partners to support early growth.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and early hiring efforts in collaboration with internal TA teams.
  • Serve as the central execution point across HR, Finance, Operations, and Product teams.
  • Prepare briefing notes and materials for pitches, meetings, and partnership discussions.

Requirements

  • Experience in office administration, operations, executive support, or startup coordination.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage ambiguity in unstructured environments.
  • Confidence in engaging external vendors, recruiters, and partners.
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to execute independently without a predefined playbook.
