• Manage demand plans and close planning deliverables through engineering phase gates.
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering to generate and manage the master production schedule.
• Identify and escalate risks associated with project timelines and planning deliverables.
• Provide customer delivery commitments based on capacity, lead times, and design readiness.
• Coordinate the successful hand-off of products to high-volume manufacturing.

Requirements

• BS in Business or equivalent degree.
• 3-5 years of planning experience.
• Strong understanding of MRP.
• Proficiency in Oracle, Rapid Response, and MS Office.
• Must be local to the North Reading, MA area.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
