What you will do

• Create and update daily schedules for the Service Bureau and lead order review meetings.
• Assign job orders to appropriate work centers based on equipment capability and customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory of customer-owned materials and coordinate replenishment.
• Manage material transactions, labor posting, and job receipts within the Syteline MRP/ERP system.
• Analyze production capacity and efficiency to maximize throughput and improve operational flow.
• Compile and analyze KPI reports regarding work progress, costs, and equipment downtime.

Requirements

• Associate Degree required; BS in Business or Manufacturing/Logistics preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience planning manufacturing activities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and MRP/ERP systems.
• High level of analytical skills for plant operation analysis.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for interacting with multiple management levels.
