Principal Product Manager (AI/AdTech): Leading predictive planning and recommendation experiences for advertisers using scalable ML-driven forecasting with an accent on end-to-end product strategy and LLM-powered workflows. Salary: $220,800 β $331,200 per year (San Francisco Bay Area range)

What you will do
- Develop and communicate the strategy and roadmap for planning and recommendation products across the ad ecosystem.
- Lead end-to-end product strategy across data, models, and UX, evolving experiences into agentic, LLM-powered workflows.
- Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to implement forecasting, scenario planning, and actionable recommendations.
- Champion customer needs internally and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Lead go-to-market efforts with marketing and sales to ensure product adoption and measurable advertiser impact.
- Shape internal practices and influence industry standards for responsible advertising.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree and 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.
- Must be based in the U.S. and expected to work from the office at least four days per week if within commuting distance.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and make complex prioritization decisions at platform scale.
Nice to have
- 12+ years of experience in product management or software development.
- 5+ years of experience developing digital advertising products, specifically on the demand/buying side.
- Experience taking products to market, addressing product-market fit, and scaling usage.
- Track record of improving product metrics and disrupting markets with competitive solutions.
