TL;DR

Location: Redmond, United States (Hybrid - required to work from the office at least four days per week)

Salary: $163,000 – $296,400 per year

What you will do

  • Define and execute the MSN monetization strategy across premium brand products, sponsorships, and measurement capabilities.
  • Own the end-to-end transformation of ad formats and diversify the demand mix.
  • Partner with finance to build credible revenue forecasts and track delivery against plans.
  • Align commercial strategies with editorial leadership to maintain trust and brand safety.
  • Coordinate technical investments in ad serving and data infrastructure with the commercial roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in product management or software development.
  • Must be based in or within a 50-mile commute of the Redmond office.
  • 10+ years of experience in ad monetization or platform economics, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and experience shipping premium ad products.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and deliver against specific revenue targets.
  • Experience with large-scale content platforms and audience data infrastructure.

Nice to have

  • 15+ years of experience in product/service/program management.
  • Exposure to gaming monetization or video ad products.
  • Experience with cross-surface attribution.
