New York, NY: Hybrid schedule based in New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday), fully remote Mondays and Fridays. No visa sponsorship or transfer (H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, TN) or corp-to-corp.

New York City Total Cash Compensation Range: $193,000 - 230,000 per year + equity grant

What you will do

  • Drive day-to-day leadership for digital products, aligning with product leadership, partner objectives, and customer needs.
  • Identify AI-powered use cases, develop business cases, assess feasibility, impact, and ROI with stakeholders.
  • Translate objectives into roadmaps and deliverables, guide design, engineering, data science; prototype with AI tools to accelerate development.
  • Own KPIs, data analysis, experimentation, optimization; communicate performance narratives to stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop 1+ product managers, building their product sense and technical skills.
  • Partner with teams to build reusable AI tooling and workflows for efficiency.

Requirements

  • Based in New York, NY for hybrid schedule; no visa sponsorship.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, data-driven value creation.
  • Intuition for UX/UI, digital journeys optimized for conversion.
  • Technical fluency in algorithms, data; collaborate with engineers/data scientists; use AI tools.
  • Results-oriented, bias to action, complex decision-making in ambiguity.
  • Experience leading AI/ML products end-to-end, influencing leadership, delivering ROI.
  • Fluent in SQL, Python/R; hands-on with LLMs/agents (Agent Builder, Claude, Gemini, Zapier).
