What you will do

• Develop and execute AI product strategy aligned with company vision for industrial transformation.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather insights from partners and ecosystem.
• Interact with customers and partners to analyze requirements and pain points for AI development.
• Create and manage AI product roadmap, prioritizing features based on needs.
• Collaborate with ML/platform engineering, design, sales, finance, and marketing for product launches.
• Define product requirements, user stories, KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulations and ethics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in computer science, engineering, or related (Master's or MBA preferred)
• 10+ years product management, with 5+ years launching/managing AI products
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML/data science: models, techniques, image classifiers, transformers, deep learning, generative AI
• Strong B2B enterprise experience with industrial/public sector customers
• Experience in IoT products (drones, cameras, sensors, body cams)
• Strong understanding of software development, UI/UX collaboration, analytical/problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication for executives, customer-centric mindset
