Salary: $92,500 - $129,500

What you will do

• Build and use AI or machine-learning-driven automation to enhance KYC workflows and streamline onboarding.
• Manage the manual onboarding of legal entities onto third-party payment platforms.
• Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as payment approval rates and merchant fee rates, via reports and dashboards.
• Lead cross-functional triage and resolution of high-impact issues with Payment Operations, BI, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams.
• Prioritize and manage a backlog of product performance and operational improvement opportunities.
• Present performance readouts and proposed resolutions to audiences of varying seniority.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in payments, financial operations, or e-commerce (consumer or B2B).
• Experience working with operational products, fintechs, or large e-commerce merchant organizations.
• Functional experience in product management, program management, or product analytics.
• Proven ability to use data and dashboards to drive systematic process and product improvements.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Experience using AI/ML for anomaly detection, forecasting, or decision-support in financial operations.
• Experience with Agentic AI to automate repetitive payment or risk processes.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
• Proficiency in multiple languages.
