What you will do

• Lead and facilitate complex disciplinary conversations and conflict resolution.
• Partner with leaders to provide guidance on employee engagement and proactive process improvements.
• Advise on corrective actions, including formal warnings and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Conduct thorough investigations and maintain meticulous documentation and follow-up files.
• Support the interactive process for reasonable accommodations in partnership with Benefits and Legal teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to build foundational employee relations and management skills for people managers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Approximately 3+ years of relevant HR experience with a heavy focus on employee relations.
• Knowledge of US federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Experience using Workday.
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with leaders to influence decision-making.
• High degree of resilience in navigating difficult, face-to-face disciplinary scenarios.
