Salary: $23,550 — $59,650 USD (annual)

What you will do

  • Verify and reconcile vendor invoices for accuracy
  • Support immigration compliance including audits, document checks, and courier arrangements
  • Coordinate Right to Work checks using structured guidelines and verifications
  • Partner with Mobility managers to own tasks for streamlined operations
  • Assist Mobility Specialists with immigration documentation
  • Collaborate on cross-team projects like onboarding, offboarding, and contract amendments

Requirements

  • 2+ years in administrative role, preferably Global Mobility, Immigration, or HR
  • Experience with invoice reconciliation and vendor communication
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage workload across tech platforms
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Team player who works independently after receiving direction
  • Enjoys process improvements, automation, and using AI tools

Nice to have

  • Experience working hirify.globally
  • Additional languages
  • Experience with Coupa or similar spend management software
