Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $161,410 - $225,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do
- Set and execute the global compensation strategy to attract and retain talent across all functions.
- Develop and implement the equity strategy and adapt the program based on market conditions.
- Lead base and variable pay processes, merit cycles, and clinical compensation plans.
- Manage Compensation Committee activities and provide updates to the Board.
- Provide subject matter expertise and counsel to HRBPs and executives on pay decisions and job evaluations.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and external consultants to design and communicate executive compensation plans.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree with 10+ years of experience in compensation.
- 7+ years of experience leading Compensation or Total Rewards teams in competitive talent markets.
- Experience with public companies, Board/Compensation Committee, and ownership of equity programs.
- Expertise in executive compensation, base pay, variable pay, and data-driven cost modeling.
- Advanced quantitative skills, including expert-level Excel (Workday preferred).
- Must be based in the United States.
