What you will do
- Serve as the enterprise Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Leave of Absence programs and ADA.
- Lead end-to-end administration of FMLA, ADA, state leaves, workers’ compensation, and parental leave.
- Manage the full leave lifecycle from intake through return-to-work, ensuring seamless coordination between employees and managers.
- Oversee third-party vendor relationships to ensure service-level adherence and continuous improvement.
- Provide expert consultation on ADA interactive processes and workers’ compensation matters.
- Partner with Payroll and HRIS teams to optimize system workflows and ensure accurate pay administration.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of related experience in leave of absence management.
- Extensive knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and Workers Compensation laws.
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with empathy and strong judgment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in the United States.
