What you will do

• Manage data quality, analysis, and execution to onboard firms onto the hirify.global Custody Solutions (GSCS) platform.
• Facilitate client training and support for account opening, metrics, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Utilize project management tools to provide detailed reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Prepare client data packages and ensure alignment with operational policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with various organizational resources to provide solutions for client requests and meet project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in Dallas, Texas.
• 1-2 years of industry experience in financial services (preferred).
• 1-2 years in a client servicing or systems training role (preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
