Location: Hybrid 2-3 days per week in NYC, SF, or Salt Lake City offices. Candidates relocating to our hubs may be eligible for relocation assistance.

Salary: $148,000 - $185,000 USD OTE (Tier 1 markets: NYC/SF); geographic pay differential for other U.S. locations.

What you will do

• Execute partnership strategies and growth initiatives across hirify.global's strategic partner ecosystem.
• Manage day-to-day workflows, communications, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Analytics.
• Prepare materials and data for partner meetings, MBRs/QBRs, and strategic reviews.
• Monitor performance metrics, forecasts, and pipelines to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build models, analyses, and dashboards to support revenue growth and business cases.
• Develop process improvements, operating rhythms, and strategic frameworks to scale the partnership function.

Requirements

• 5+ years in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or operating at a high-growth startup
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in performance analysis and data-driven problem solving
• Excellent communication skills to distill insights and prepare polished materials
• Highly organized with attention to detail; manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with proactive ownership and bias toward action
• Bachelor’s degree required
