What you will do

  • Support CRM management including pipeline tracking, data governance, and hygiene for sales and marketing.
  • Build and maintain account and organizational maps for financial institution targets to aid enterprise sales.
  • Coordinate industry conferences and events: prospect targeting, scheduling, outreach, follow-up, and pipeline tracking.
  • Lead cross-functional project management for go-to-market initiatives across sales, marketing, and leadership.
  • Handle pipeline reporting, forecasting, and materials creation for stakeholders.
  • Analyze successful deals to develop repeatable best practices and manage sales materials.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise sales revenue operations, sales operations, or go-to-market operations, ideally in fintech or financial services
  • Strong CRM experience: pipeline management, reporting, data hygiene
  • Ability to map complex enterprise organizations for account-based sales targeting financial institutions
  • Experience with industry events: prospecting, scheduling, post-event tracking
  • Proven project management for cross-functional initiatives with sales, marketing, executives
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills in fast-paced environment
