What you will do
- Support enterprise account expansion by onboarding clients, guiding adoption, and ensuring high-quality experiences at every stage.
- Act as trusted day-to-day contact to resolve questions, collect feedback, and maximize product value.
- Analyze data and insights to spot trends, identify growth opportunities, and inform account strategies.
- Join client conversations to reinforce value, align priorities, and advance key initiatives.
- Contribute to internal tools and processes for scalable enterprise account management.
Requirements
- 3+ years in client-facing roles like account management, customer success, consulting, or business operations.
- Strong executor who works independently, builds from scratch, and delivers results.
- Client-obsessed with ability to understand unique goals, adapt approaches, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on problem-solver integrating product into client workflows.
- Clear communicator building trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data-savvy with strategic thinking to drive results.
