What you will do

• Structure deals by managing pricing, packaging, gross margin, and discount analysis.
• Collect and analyze sales data to provide dashboards and summary reports for senior leadership.
• Oversee Salesforce data integrity and ensure consistent utilization across sales teams.
• Design and implement process improvements to enhance overall sales productivity.
• Coordinate implementation projects with delivery teams and manage RFP response plans.
• Analyze pipeline data, sales trends, and performance against defined quotas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience managing a CRM system (Salesforce.com strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Proposal Management Software.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
