What you will do

• Build outbound playbooks and training for SDRs, AEs, and CSMs covering prospecting, messaging, and sequence strategy.
• Own the SDR ramp process and define the criteria for being "Pipeline Ready".
• Establish and manage the progression track from SDR to AE.
• Audit outbound motions to identify winning patterns and turn them into repeatable programs.
• Keep the GTM team updated on the outbound stack, AI tool advancements, and new product releases.

Requirements

• Proven track record of hitting outbound quotas as an SDR or SDR Lead.
• Experience coaching or onboarding peers in a sales environment.
• Proficiency with the outbound stack: Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, Gong, Salesforce, and Claude.
• Ability to design and deliver effective trainings, resources, and workflows.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for running live trainings.
• Ability to operate effectively across US and European time zones.

Nice to have

• Successful personal transition from SDR to AE.
• Experience in a formal sales enablement or GTM training role.
• Background in AI, voice AI, or developer tools.
