What you will do

• Lead invoice processing using AS400 and QAD ERP systems, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify that all invoices and check requests are properly authorized and comply with company policies.
• Champion the use of AP automation tools to streamline processing and reduce manual entry.
• Manage weekly payment runs and reconcile accounts payable transactions to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and process payments for utilities and rents for Canadian and USA operations.
• Support month-end activities by preparing and analyzing AP reports.

Requirements

• Major in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to maintain a productivity level of at least 500 invoices processed correctly per week.
• English: B2 level minimum required
• Spanish: Fluent proficiency required

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AP automation portals such as Coupa or Ariba.
• Ability to use data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau for process improvement.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices regarding data security and privacy.
