What you will do

• Audit and reimburse employee travel and entertainment expense reports for Canada and LAR.
• Process vendor invoices and perform payment runs in coordination with Treasury and Purchasing.
• Support month-end closing processes for the Accounts Payable department.
• Handle status requests for expense reports and communicate policy updates to relevant teams.
• Ensure all financial tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounting environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a multicultural environment.
• Experience with SAP and Concur is highly preferred.
