Salary Range: $82,000 - $156,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead development of visualizations communicating complex data to non-technical audiences using Sigma and best practices.
• Establish and manage Business Intelligence Center of Excellence with standards, guidelines, and training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Manage full analytics lifecycle: research, POCs, architecture, development, testing, maintenance.
• Partner with stakeholders to promote data management practices and mentor junior members.
• Support sales with scoping and proof-of-concept solutions; stay current on BI trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• 2+ years advanced Sigma Computing; proficiency in PowerBI, Looker, Omni etc.
• Strong SQL; experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS).
• Modern data stack (dbt, Fivetran, Matillion); Python and data analysis languages.
• Data architecture, warehousing, ETL/ELT knowledge; consulting/client-facing experience.
• Agile project delivery; excellent communication for non-technical audiences.
