Salary: $150,000 – $200,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain dashboards and data models for key people metrics including headcount, attrition, engagement, and DEI.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems while developing scalable reporting frameworks.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform leadership decisions on hiring and retention.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and clear strategic recommendations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of people programs such as performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and L&D.
• Collaborate with HRIS and engineering teams to improve data architecture and automate manual reporting.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or people analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for modeling and analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Hawthorne, California.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Understanding of statistics, experimentation, and forecasting methods.
• Experience working in high-growth or operationally intensive environments.
