What you will do

• Own daily revenue intelligence by monitoring GTM, pipeline, and revenue metrics to surface anomalies and cohort trends.
• Provide data-driven interpretations and actionable insights regarding segment performance.
• Build lightweight, high-signal outputs to support rapid business decision-making and strategic pivots.
• Partner with the Data team to diagnose performance, pressure-test strategies, and proactively surface operational changes.
• Maintain the KPI framework, ensuring consistent metric definitions and shared understanding across leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years in analytics, revenue operations, or business intelligence.
• Direct exposure to B2B SaaS or high-growth GTM motions.
• Strong SQL skills for independent data extraction and analysis.
• Fluency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau) and CRM/sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, Outreach).
• Strong business context regarding pipeline, conversion, ramp, and retention metrics.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake and Amplitude.
• Experience building automated reporting and analytics workflows for operational efficiency.
