What you will do

• Partner with Accounting and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities and ship impactful data and AI solutions.
• Develop tools, dashboards, and workflows used to run day-to-day Accounting processes.
• Create AI-powered solutions, including automation agents and decision-support tools, to scale operations.
• Design and maintain clean, reliable, and well-modeled datasets to power reporting and applications.
• Analyze complex datasets and communicate clear, actionable insights to drive decision-making.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new ideas and technical approaches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI.
• Advanced SQL skills for building scalable data models and transforming large datasets.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as hirify.global, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Proficiency in Python for data transformation, automation, or application development.
• Experience building dashboards with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Streamlit.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience with AI/ML workflows, LLMs, or building data-driven applications.
• Background supporting finance or accounting teams.
• Experience with ERP and financial planning systems.
