What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from initial sourcing and screening to closing top talent.
• Proactively source candidates for operational roles in the Salt Lake City office, specifically in fraud, compliance, and financial operations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both passive and active candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and People Ops to align sourcing strategies with hiring needs.
• Use data and market insights to inform and improve outreach effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and sourcing systems.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success sourcing for hard-to-fill, niche positions in operational, risk, or compliance functions.
• Deep familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Gem.
• Experience working with CRM and ATS systems.
• Must be based in Salt Lake City and able to work on-site 5 days per week.
• Detail-oriented and organized approach with a strong sense of urgency.
