Compensation: $35.00 - $43.80 per hour

What you will do

• Develop test methods and perform design verification testing including Gage R&R studies.
• Create detailed work instructions, test protocols, and technical reports.
• Utilize SolidWorks for the mechanical design of test fixtures and medical device components.
• Perform tolerance analysis and interpret test data using statistical techniques.
• Contribute to the design history file and participate in formal design reviews.
• Support the transfer of product designs to manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work fully onsite in Irvine, California.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or biomedical engineering.
• At least 6 months of product development experience in the medical device field.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and mechanical design principles.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and regulatory compliance.
