What you will do

  • Lead and grow a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, specifically in multifamily residential, mixed-use, and senior living sectors.
  • Originate and expand client relationships with developers, owners, architects, and real estate partners.
  • Collaborate with studio and executive leadership to shape growth strategy and identify priority markets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including proposal development, fee structuring, and pitch presentations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums to build long-term visibility.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting using HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development or sales within interior architecture, design, or design-focused real estate.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals, with a strong preference for multifamily residential market experience.
  • Existing professional network across developers, owners, operators, and consultants.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Experience managing pipelines in HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
