What you will do
- Develop and nurture relationships with contract and hospitality design firms, specifiers, and purchasing agents.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle for complex projects, including quoting, specification support, and order processing.
- Conduct curated presentations for clients to address project scope, budget, and design intent.
- Collaborate with internal operations and support teams to ensure accurate and timely order execution.
- Maintain expert knowledge of product categories, performance standards, and market trends.
- Track sales pipeline and project progress to meet individual and territory goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience focused on contract, hospitality, or commercial interior design projects.
- Strong understanding of contract project workflows, purchasing requirements, and specification processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States as the company participates in E-Verify.

- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with industry-specific ERP or ordering systems.
