What you will do

• Manage a team responsible for daily sales activities, including inbound and outbound lead follow-up.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive lead conversion and improve customer acquisition.
• Track performance metrics and KPIs to identify and execute sales process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership to align on growth goals.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and hands-on support to the sales team.
• Prepare reports and presentations with strategic insights for senior management.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, inside sales leadership, or customer retention management.
• Strong proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Agoura Hills, CA.
