Salary: $71,300 - $124,500 USD + Commission

What you will do
- Lead and supervise daily activities of entry-level sales professionals.
- Implement and oversee the execution of innovative sales strategies.
- Conduct training sessions to improve overall team performance and skill sets.

- Coordinate lead generation activities and manage sales pipelines.
- Collaborate on the design and development of marketing programs.
Requirements
- Proven leadership ability to guide and motivate junior professionals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Capability to conduct effective training and professional development sessions.
- Analytical mindset for evaluating sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Coppell, TX or North York, Canada for hybrid work (8 days/month).
