What you will do

• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate business questions into analytical plans and experiment designs.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends in customer behavior, funnel performance, and feature adoption.
• Build and maintain dashboards for key product KPIs using tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Collaborate on goal setting and forecasting to model the expected impact of growth initiatives.
• Ensure data quality and consistency by working with data engineering on instrumentation and documentation.
• Communicate complex findings through narratives and visualizations to influence product direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience or a Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau or Looker).
• Hands-on experience with DBT for production-grade analytical models and Git workflows.
• Experience with statistical techniques, including A/B testing and cohort analysis.
• Background in finance, credit, or risk analysis.
