What you will do

• Stand up dashboards replacing legacy spreadsheets, focusing on key business metrics for leadership.
• Surface conversion patterns, lead quality, and pipeline insights for sales.
• Support executive decisions with data-backed recommendations and scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve data infrastructure and advocate best practices.
• Foster data-driven culture through training, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Own recurring reporting, business reviews, and ad hoc analysis for urgent questions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in data analyst role in fast-paced environment, preferably high-growth startup.
• Deep business understanding and cross-functional collaboration for strategic insights.
• Strong SQL and modern BI tools; comfortable without clean schemas.
• Analytical skills to turn ambiguous questions into data narratives.
• Self-starter thriving in dynamic environment, excellent communication for all audiences.
• Experience designing, maintaining data models, dashboards, and pipelines.

Nice to have

• Product analytics and event-based data (Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
