Salary: $86,000 - $107,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Perform daily internal verification checks to ensure portfolio account data is accurate and available within SLAs.
• Investigate and troubleshoot data pipeline issues and feed processing exceptions.
• Maintain operational workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with Client Support and Solution Architects to resolve client data inquiries.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design and implement new processes and tooling features.
• Participate in broad company initiatives to stand up new product functionality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in the financial investment/advisory industry.
• Deep knowledge of capital markets, trade processing and lifecycle, and middle/back-office operations.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Technical proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, VBA, Salesforce, Bloomberg, or Thomson Reuters.
