What you will do
- Drive the multi-year vision and strategy for mid-market workflows spanning AP, spend, cash flow insights, and multi-entity.
- Develop frameworks to prioritize high-leverage investments and sequence delivery.
- Lead discovery-to-delivery execution across engineering, design, data, finance, and go-to-market teams.
- Translate complex financial requirements into clear specs, crisp roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Deliver zero-to-one capabilities like multi-entity expense allocation and AI-powered forecasting and anomaly detection.
- Monitor adoption, activation, retention, and revenue to inform data-driven decisions and iteration.
Requirements
- Depth in B2B financial workflows such as AP automation, expense management, or accounting software.
- Fluency in controllership operations including multi-entity, consolidated reporting, budgets, and vendor management.
- Track record of launching and scaling complex products and aligning diverse stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience embedding AI into product workflows with clear judgment on user value.
- Strength in framework-driven prioritization and executive-ready product communication.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating clarity across multi-quarter programs.
