What you will do
- Define and execute the 1–3 year roadmap for the PLG portfolio in international markets.
- Own the International P&L, optimizing high-velocity PLG loops to drive acquisition and retention.
- Architect international requirements (e.g., E-invoicing, PSD3) as scalable platform primitives for the global ecosystem.
- Lead the transition from manual accounting to AI-agentic, "done-for-you" experiences.
- Lead the Product Triad (PM, Eng, Design) to ensure GTM excellence and rapid market penetration.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management leadership scaling B2B SaaS or Fintech products.
- Proven track record in complex international markets such as CA, UK, or AU.
- Deep expertise in accounting, fintech, payments, commerce, or martech.
- Experience moving products "up-market" to handle mid-market organizational complexity.
- Strong commercial and P&L acumen, defending investment choices based on LTV and CAC.
- AI and data fluency with a mindset focused on how LLMs and agentic AI redefine customer jobs.
