What you will do

• Drive growth and thought leadership on LinkedIn by developing distinctive, platform-native content formats.
• Translate long-form articles, research, interviews, and podcast clips into compelling social narratives.
• Manage and optimize content publishing across Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, and Substack.
• Monitor emerging research in AI, health, and neuroscience to produce timely, authoritative commentary.
• Track performance metrics and conduct structured experiments to refine the growth strategy.
• Partner with design teams to create premium, shareable visual assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing and scaling high-visibility social accounts (100K+ followers).
• Proven expertise in developing and executing LinkedIn strategies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for translating complex ideas into accessible content.
• Strong understanding of B2B and leadership audiences.
• Based in New York with the ability to work primarily from the Soho office.
