What you will do

• Govern and evolve the marketing operating model to drive simplification, standardization, and execution consistency.
• Design and optimize lead flow processes across lead, account, and PQL lifecycles, including scoring and routing.
• Embed AI and automation into operational workflows such as lead processing, enrichment, and performance monitoring.
• Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, and Finance to ensure scalable handoff processes and GTM alignment.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing operations team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in marketing, revenue, or sales operations within a high-growth B2B environment.
• Deep expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce and Marketo.
• Proven ability to drive process optimization and cross-functional operational scale.
• Experience experimenting with and applying AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to improve workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
