What you will do

• Drive commercial pipeline growth through CRM tools, networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
• Execute outside sales activities to generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• Analyze market conditions and competitor activities to drive revenue growth and improve margins.
• Represent the company at professional conferences and trade shows to uncover new leads.
• Partner with internal teams to develop tailored client solutions and support pricing efforts.
• Report deal progression and sales activity through the company CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business, Pharmaceuticals, Marketing, or Finance.
• 3-7 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Must be based in Asia or Australia.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
