Growing SaaS startup with patient journey application used by over 3 million users in medical clinics, focused on Urology and expanding into additional markets.
What you will do
- Identify, cultivate, and build prospective client relationships in Urology through conference attendance, cold calling, and networking.
- Close new business by identifying requirements, developing and negotiating pricing and contracts.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to set up pilot programs and implementations for long-term success.
- Partner with Head of Market Expansion to develop go-to-market motions, messaging, and playbooks for new markets.
- Leverage operational expertise to improve business development systems and processes.
- Develop expertise in product and target markets, primarily Urology.
Requirements
- 3+ years in business development or sales management roles
- 1+ years in healthcare or healthcare-based markets
- Experience implementing or optimizing sales operations (people/process/technology).
- Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to build business development strategy in high-growth startup.
- Business mindedness with strong perspective on strategic partnerships and growth.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to work autonomously in small, fast-paced organization.
- Prior successful remote work with distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in Urology and Oncology markets.
- Previous experience in Healthcare SaaS environments.
