What you will do

• Design and deliver AI-powered automations, copilots, and agent-based workflows using Microsoft technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and create end-to-end solutions.
• Integrate solutions with APIs, REST/JSON, and event-driven patterns.
• Ensure solutions are robust, secure, and useful for daily operations.
• Shape best practices and mature AI capabilities across the organisation.

Requirements

• Must be able to work hybrid in London office 2 days per week
• Strong experience delivering AI-driven automation in enterprise environments
• Hands-on with agents or copilots using Copilot Studio
• Generative AI concepts (prompt design, RAG, grounding)
• Integration patterns (APIs, REST/JSON, event-driven)
• Microsoft tools: Power Platform, Microsoft 365
• Identity, access control, secure design
• Translate business needs to technical solutions
