What you will do

• Collaborate with domain experts and product managers to define business problems solvable with LLMs in commercial insurance.
• Design, develop, and deploy domain-specific LLM tasks, including information extraction and document summarization.
• Implement comprehensive evaluation metrics and tools to rigorously assess and iterate on LLM performance.
• Monitor deployed LLM tasks in production to ensure high reliability, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Explore and integrate the latest advancements in LLM technology, such as Agentic AI.

Requirements

• Permanent right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong proficiency in Python, specifically using mypy and asyncio.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML, prompt engineering techniques, and agentic systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex AI challenges.
