What you will do
- Design, build, and optimize automation workflows using GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Audit and improve existing systems for scalability, reliability, and performance
- Architect end-to-end AI and automation systems for client lead generation, nurturing, content, and sales
- Integrate CRMs, email, calendars, payments, and project tools via APIs and webhooks
- Create SOPs, user guides, and documentation; provide technical support to clients and team
- Build and maintain internal infrastructure for onboarding, operations, and data management
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- 3+ years building automation workflows and CRM systems in business environments
- Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Strong experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier; APIs, webhooks, systems integration
- Experience connecting CRMs with email, payments, calendars, and other tools
- Familiarity with Airtable or Google Sheets; implementing AI workflows
- Strong technical documentation and client/stakeholder communication skills
- Self-directed with problem-solving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

- Experience in agency or consulting environments
- Technical content creation (articles, videos, documentation)
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows
- Personal brand or interest in AI/automation space
