Salary: £80k basic + discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Design, build, and run automation solutions combining generative AI, workflows, and system integrations
• Manage full lifecycle: shape ideas, select approaches, deliver, monitor, and improve
• Work across technology function to streamline processes and enhance decision-making
• Influence standards, approaches, and direction of AI adoption

Requirements

• Proven experience building AI or automation solutions commercially
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft AI tools (Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure OpenAI)
• Experience designing AI-combined workflows and traditional automation
• Understanding of APIs, authentication, enterprise integrations
• Secure data handling and governance principles
• Scalable, maintainable, observable solution design
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration
