What you will do
- Call businesses to set meetings for licensed brokers via lots of cold calls.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling goals.
- Manage daily tasks and set follow-up tasks for prospects in Salesforce.
- Send handwritten cards to prospects.
- Set up work comp analysis for brokers.
- Provide general broker support including administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Sales experience highly preferred with proven track record of quota and goal achievements.
- Account management experience with ability to handle major accounts.
- Strong interpersonal skills in written and verbal communication.
- Team player who excels in collaborative environments.
- Self-directed and proactive in a startup setting.
