Salary: $203,330 - $280,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Provide executive leadership to Consultant Relations team, setting direction, goals, and cultivating influential relationships across consulting ecosystem.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with analytics, product, marketing, sales, and client success to align consultant strategy with market needs and influence GTM direction.
• Define and execute consultant strategy across national/regional firms to drive pipeline growth, win rates, and market positioning.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, and channel partners.
• Create scalable engagement models for education, insights sharing, and joint GTM planning; facilitate meetings and events.
• Negotiate agreements with consulting firms and translate insights into product/marketing/sales recommendations.

Requirements

• 15+ years experience in healthcare industry, preferably customer-facing
• Solid national relationships with thought leaders at key consulting firms
• Deep understanding of market expectations in competing product categories
• Experience managing multi-year contract cycles, leading meetings, developing content, and complex negotiations
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and track record in healthcare consulting relationships
• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
