What you will do

  • Strategically partner with the Sales organization to ensure the success of customers and patients within the large account segment.
  • Drive account performance by monitoring registration volume, device inventory management, and patient satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and escalation point for assigned high-volume accounts.
  • Train customers on hirify.global service tools, including ZioSuite and MyZio.
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders in billing, clinical operations, legal, finance, and customer care to optimize account performance.
  • Conduct in-person account management initiatives and support Quarterly Business Review sessions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success supporting complex accounts.
  • Proven work experience in healthcare, medical device, or biotechnology environments.
  • Demonstrable ability to influence key stakeholders at the executive and C-level.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel 30% or more and attend regional/national internal meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.

  • Experience applying key performance measurements to drive commercial development.
