What you will do

• Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish
• Handle audits, claims activity, service recommendations, and mid-term policy changes for assigned accounts
• Respond to client questions on coverage, policy changes, and service needs
• Review contracts and vendor requirements for certificate accuracy and insurance compliance
• Conduct pre-renewal discussions to evaluate exposures and coverage needs
• Present renewal options and new business quotes, keeping internal teams informed

Requirements

• Active California Property & Casualty License required
• 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Service Representative role within the insurance industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using Applied EPIC or comparable agency management system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to negotiate effectively
• Solid understanding of insurance coverages and risk exposures across industries
